Effective for all bookings made on Taxi4pune (taxi4pune.com)
1. Fare Inclusions & Pricing
Standard one-way intercity fares quoted on Taxi4pune include point-to-point vehicle charges, standard highway FASTag tolls, driver allowance, and applicable state taxes for the specified pickup and drop cities. Additional detours, extra pickup/drop points outside city limits, or airport parking charges (if applicable) are billed at actuals.
2. Booking Confirmation & Payment
Bookings can be placed online via taxi4pune.com, by telephone, or via WhatsApp. Zero online advance payment is required to request a booking; full payment may be settled directly with the assigned driver or dispatch desk via UPI, cash, or bank transfer.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Passengers may reschedule or cancel their booking free of charge up to 4 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time by contacting our 24/7 dispatch desk at +91 8999895226. Cancellations made after the cab has been dispatched to the pickup location may incur a nominal fuel compensation fee.
4. Luggage & Seating Capacity
Each vehicle category has a certified passenger and luggage capacity (e.g., 4 passengers for Sedan, 6 passengers for Ertiga/Carens, 6–7 passengers for Innova Crysta). For safety and regulatory compliance, overloading beyond the permitted seating capacity is not allowed.
